With eight years of rich and diversified experience in various fields in Human Resources such as payroll, statutory compliance, legal audit, legal compliance from reputed organizations like Vodafone, Aparajitha Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. and Ascent Consulting Services Pvt. Limited and successfully managing more than 100 clients, Yogesh is passionate towards labour law and is an exceptional coach and mentor.

Poonam Bhosure, the Head of HR Operations, is a graduate in Arts from Fergusson College, Pune. Post her graduation, she completed her Masters in Personnel Management from Naralkar Institute, Pune and Masters in Labour Law and Labour Welfare from I.L.S. College, Pune. Poonam has five years of rich experience in recruitment, employee engagement and other HR operations at various levels from renowned organizations like Jehangir Hospital, Xorrt India, Pvt. Ltd. and has a passion for recruitment.
